The Garden

The Garden surrounds the entire south-facing part of the fortress, laying down the scent of its vegetation on the tuff embankment at the base of the building. The design of the garden harmoniously follows the conformation of the several levels of the hill on which it rises. Among the plants that can be found here, the delicious mulberry tree of the Moraceae family and, thanks to its extraordinary size, a very luxuriant Photinia belonging to the Rosaceae family.

Generous gardens in every sense since the coins of Sigismondo Malatesta were also found in its earth.
